Esher High Street Christmas Lights Ceremony

After months of designing and planning, Esher High Street is ready for the big unveil of its Brand Christmas Lights for 2017!

Join us Thursday November 30th 2017 at 6pm, Esher High Street (outside Henry’s Grill) as the Mayor and Consort, Councillor Rachael Lake and Ian Lake will be switching on Esher’s all new Christmas Lights for 2017.

The Esher Business Guild – originally started by Councillor David Archer – has been working closely with Butterfield Design to create an all new Christmas spectacle for Esher’s High Street. We love this design and theme and know it will have a big impact here in Esher and to all who pass through.

All of this would not be possible without the generous donations from members of the Esher Business Guild, and in particular our Title Sponsors Sandown Park Racecourse & Bond Davidson, Chartered Surveyors.

“We are proud to be part of Esher high street and are pleased that we could make this contribution towards the town’s festivities. The local community means a great deal to us and we’re delighted to support in this way – we look forward to seeing the lights switched on marking the run up to Christmas Day.”

Phil White, General Manager at Sandown Park Racecourse commented:  Title Sponsor: Sandown Park Racecourse, a part of The Jockey Club – Title Sponsor 2017

“Award winning Chartered Surveyors, Bond Davidson are delighted to be sponsoring this year’s Christmas Lights in Esher High Street. The celebration is an annual highlight and provides a fantastic opportunity for Esher to come together and enjoy the food, music and festivities on offer. You must be really pleased with the design I think it looks great. We are so proud to be able to say we are one of the sponsors.”

Malcolm Davidson, Director, Bond Davidson, Chartered Surveyors – Title Sponsor 2017

On the evening, we will be joined by a local school choir from Esher Church School, with music from the Bugle Band of 3rd Molesey Scout Group to get all in the festive mood. Followed by drinks and food at Henry’s Grill to which all are invited.
