Brouge Is Coming To Esher!
Brouge Is Coming To Esher!
We recently got chatting to Mr Blade Llangozi, owner of the Brouge Belgian and British Gastropub in Twickenham**, and heard of his plans to open up a new Brouge on the Bocadito’s site in Esher.
We asked if he’d do a a write up for us giving us a taste of what we can expect when they open their doors later in the year – and we must say, it sounds absolutely amazing!
Blade has promised to send us over more pictures as the internal refurbishment takes shape.
We also have a number of vacancies for Brouge, Esher, on our local job board too!
Brouge, Belgian and British Bar Restaurant is coming to Esher.
Brouge Established itself in Twickenham in 2005, bringing a range of Belgian and craft beers to the growing demand for pubs that offered something different.
Cooking fresh food and the Belgian speciality, Moule Frites in six different flavours, Mussels served with frites and bread to dip in the tasty sauces alongside delicious wines, cocktails, great service and atmosphere, has been a huge success with a regular customer base of families, groups and corporates, celebrations and special occasions.
Brouge sources local quality ingredients where possible and Belgian and craft beers to ensure there is something for everyone on the menu. Our signature dish is Moule Frites, available all year round from the Shetlands in Scotland and our signature beer is the Belgian Trappist Rochefort 10 which is a hefty 11.3% abv in a 33cl bottle. We recommend beers to accompany our food dishes.
While Brouge in Twickenham has established itself with the Mighty England International rugby matches, catering for high profile guests and corporates, we aim to bring a taste of Belgium to Esher’s races. We also would like to get to know better the local community, local families and support local businesses.
We aim to bring the friendly and professional service to our customers in Esher, a modern atmosphere with décor embracing the local area.
The Head Chef, Indika and the General Manager Victor are both partners and will be working hard to build and establish Brouge in Esher as a respectful local community bar and restaurant.
We will be employing locally to build our team so please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are hoping to be open for December but please keep an eye on social media for further announcements or you can register your email on our website brouge.co.uk to receive further information and monthly vouchers we send to our regular customers.
We thank you for your interest and support and we hope to see you soon at Brouge Esher
